Terms and Conditions
1. Services GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa offers mobile car detailing services, providing all necessary equipment and cleaning products, at the Customer's location. The customer agrees to allow GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa access to the vehicle(s) to perform the services.
2. Scheduling and Cancellation: Customers must provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments.
3. Payment Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accepts credit, debit, e-transfers, online payment link and cash.
4. Insurance and Liability GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa detailers are professionally trained by the International Detailing Association (IDA) and the company is fully insured up to $2,000,000. GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa is not responsible for any pre-existing damages or any liability for electrical damage to the vehicle. Since GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa is not aware of the existing condition or state of a vehicle that it is servicing, the company cannot take liability for any issues that are caused to the electrical work in the vehicle after the detailing has finished.
5. Weather In the event of rain or other adverse weather conditions we do not continue with service’s our team will contact the client to for rescheduling.
6. Access to Water and Electricity: For services in Ottawa, GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa will provide its own water and electricity unless otherwise stated by the customer or whereas the customer has access to water and electricity and agrees to allow GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa access and usage of water and electricity. For services that require access to water and electricity from the Customer's location, including access to tap water or enough water to fill two buckets, and electricity during the service.
7. Communication Policy: By booking a service with GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa, the Customer consents to receive communications, including emails and text messages, regarding their booking, appointment updates, and other related information, marketing notifications etc. GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa will use the Customer's contact information provided during the booking process to send these communications. The Customer's information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without their consent.
8. Pricing: Please note that our online prices do not include sales tax and are for quote purposes only vehicles with excessively dirty conditions will be priced accordingly. Since GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa is not aware of the existing condition or state of a vehicle before servicing. Upon arrival at the customer’s location we will do an initial evaluation of the vehicle and will notify the customer if there will be any additional fees before the service is completed whenever possible, in some circumstances additional charges may occur after the initial inspection as things may become more apparent as we clean throughout the service. Once the service is completed the customer will be provided with a final invoice.
9. Service Fees: If you are loacted within 30 minutes of Central Ottawa and Gatineau there is no fee for our mobile service. If you are located over 30 minutes outside our usual service area a mobile service fee of $20+ will be requested to cover cost of time and travel expenses.
10. Service Guarantee GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our services as we aim to keep a long lasting relationship with all of our customers. Upon completion of services the customer and their detailer will do a final walk through of there vehicle and the services completed if the customer is not satisfied with the results they can advise the detailer who will offer to correct or touch up the area needed servicing on the spot. If the Customer notices an error or is unsatisfied with the service after it has been completed and a final walk through the Customer has been done then Customer will need to provide adequate details and photos of the problem they would like to address if GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa finds itself at fault we will offer to set up an appointment to offer a touch up service to fix the issues. GoDetail Mobile Auto Spa does not offer any refunds on its services.
